Massage Therapy Associate

Jessica Sherman is excited to join Dr. Ogden in his office and looking forward to working with him in aiding people with reducing pain and improving function.  She believes the use of alternative health care practices such as massage and chiropractic, especially together, can be highly effective in treating problems with headaches, neck pain, back pain, disc compression, sciatica, and much more.  Jessica continues to study in the likeness of Erik Dalton, David Morin, Phyllis Braun and other highly trained sports medicine professionals in order to develop a specialty in Medical Massage Therapy.  She assesses each session on an individual basis and approaches the treatment from a clinical perspective, using several modalities to facilitate the correction of bio-mechanical dysfunctions.  She also believes in the importance of engaging the client in their own healing process and will educate you on body awareness, postural distortion, and give corrective exercises in order to enhance your ability to regain optimum function.  Intertwining the finely tuned skills of Dr. Ogden's adjustments along with Jessica's bodywork provides a truly integrative and healing experience.
